William "Pop" Thomas Morgan, 83, of New Bern, left his earthly body and was reunited with his eternal loved ones on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. William was born October 14, 1938 to the late Tom and Sally Morgan.
Pop enjoyed his daily breakfast at the Country Biscuit. In his younger years, you could find Pop working on cars and fishing. He proudly served his country for 35 years by joining the National Guard when he was 17 years old.
He is survived by his daughters, Karen Green (James) and Carol Campbell (Cornelius); son, Michael Morgan; 11 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his two grandchildren, Antonio Morgan and Jacob Harris; two sisters; and two brothers.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Snow Hill Cemetery in Snow Hill, NC.
