Carolyn was born in Roswell, New Mexico. She was the daughter of Jack W and Lucille R Cox. She graduated from Roswell High School in 1960 and attended the University of New Mexico. Carolyn was employed for over twenty years at the Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union and was their second Regional Vice President.
She was a member of Cibolo Valley Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, travel and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her smile and outgoing personality.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Dr. G Stanley Cox. She is survived by her husband, Jim, son Mike and his wife Susan, son Chad and his wife Becky, grandson Brandon, grandson Travis and his wife Grace, grandson Ryan, granddaughter Tressa, and great granddaughters Abigail and Haddie.
The memorial service will be held on the 22nd of March at 2 PM at Cibolo Valley Baptist Church in Schertz, Texas.
