July 4, 1989 - May 2, 2018
David was called to the Lord’s house Wednesday, May 2nd.
David was an exceptional young man who possessed a loving and caring heart which he shared with every person he came in contact with. He was passionate about many things in life, especially his love of God; followed closely by his wife, his children, his family, his friends, and music.
HIs compassion and empathy were boundless. When it came to helping family and friends, no was never a part of David’s vocabulary. He wore a smile that would brighten every room he entered, and while some people live a life that can be characterized as half full or half empty, David lived a life that was overflowing. He never met a person that did not become a friend, and those that knew him can honestly say their lives have been enriched by having known him.
David attended Bulverde United Methodist Church where he was a dedicated member of the youth group, praise band, and Emmaus community. He served as the hands and feet of Christ not only in his community but also on many mission trips.
A native Texan and “Army Brat”, David moved from his birth city of College Station to Kansas, Ft. Hood, West Point, and Missouri before landing in Bulverde. He is a 2008 graduate of Smithson Valley High School where he lettered in band and choir. He also spent time performing at the local STAGE Community Theater.
David is survived by his soulmate - Angela (Angi) Revell; his two children - Harper Paige (5) and David Bruce (3) - his parents Larry and Melodye Revell; his sisters Catherine Adkins and Suzanne Osuna, along with their husbands, Dustin Adkins and Robert Osuna; his two nieces Kyra and Olivia Adkins, and his nephew Robert Osuna.
