Gerald Marvin Eismann, lovingly known as “Pinky” to his family and friends, of New Braunfels Texas entered into the arms of our Lord on Sunday June 24,2018. Born on November 13, 1941, our beloved father and friend fought a very courageous battle against Alzheimer’s. Pinky is survived by his son Keith R. Eismann, Grandsons Weston and Tanner Eismann, his Granddaughter Kyra Jo Quinn-Jacoby and by his many friends that he also considered family. He is proceeded in death by his daughter Kellee Eismann-Quinn and his parents Oscar August Eismann Jr. and Gertrude Zoller. Pinky was raised in Lockhart Texas, moved to New Braunfels in his Sr. Year and graduated from New Braunfels High School. He was the owner of Spring Branch Store throughout the 70s, worked in the oil fields of Saudi Arabia and for Holt Machinery, VK Knowlton Paving and Quick & Evans Construction in the 80s and 90s. He then became a private contractor and mechanic until his retirement. Pinky loved to hunt, fish and 9-Pin bowl but he most liked to be out doors and with the people he loved.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 am Monday July 2nd at Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels (615 Landa Street) with family visitation Sunday July 1st from 3:00p.m to 5: 30p.m also at Zoeller Funeral Home.
