Justin Ray Finley was born on December 22nd, 1988 to Robert Finley and Diana Ingrid Weaver in San Antonio, Tx. Justin R. Finley was called to be with his Lord and Savior in the early morning of July 21. 2016. He is preceded in death by his Grandmother, Helen Finley, Grandfather Joe Rodriguez Sr., Uncle Jerome Rodriguez, dear Aunt Vicki Sue Finley, and his Beloved Father Robert P. Finley Jr.. Justin is survived by his loving Mother, Diana Weaver, his supportive Step-Father, Gaylon L. Weaver, his dear Oma, Ingrid Rodriguez ,his loving Grandparents Thomas & Ruth Wilson, his sister, Sharon Johnson and Dave Johnson, his brother, Anthony Richard Finley and wife Maureen, his longtime Love, Lucinda Pouncey, His Aunts, Sandra & Gilbert Perusquia &, Wendy Mckibbin, and his Uncles, Col. Joe & Elaine Rodriguez, and Mr. Robert Kuebel. He shall be sorely missed by his numerous cousins, friends, relatives and Walmart Family of Floresville, Tx. Justin Was raised in Seguin, Texas and learned his strong work ethics at an early age. His late Father passed on his love of Golf. Justin Was a Tae Kwon Do Black belt through Strom’s Black Belt Academy of Seguin, Texas. His Love of the Ocean was unparalleled.
