Kevin W. Foerster

He is survived by father, Gene Foerster, brother Brian Foerster (Phyllis), sisters Michelle Erben (Glen), Rhonda Kaczmarek (Karl) and sister-in-law Barbie Foerster, all of New Braunfels. He was also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by mother, Pat Balmos Foerster and brother Daryl “Henry” Foerster.

Kevin graduated from New Braunfels High School in 1983. His first job was as a meat cutter which came in handy over the years for his hunting excursions. He was then in the flooring business for 24 years. Started as an installer and worked his way up in the same company to Labor Superintendent, then Project Coordinator and then as a Project Manager. In 2020 he went to work for Wilson County in Floresville, Texas as a Maintenance Supervisor, which he truly loved.

Over the years, Kevin’s past times included his love for hunting, fishing and a light game of golf.

Softball was a passion for him over his years and enjoyed playing on the Senior Softball League (50+) pitching for his team “Relentless”. Tournaments were local throughout the season with a trip for the Championship usually in Las Vegas. He had several trips with his teammates to Las Vegas and has 2 rings to prove their winnings.

Services will be Graveside only – No Procession. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, March 28 at 2pm at the Richter Cemetery at the corner of CR 332 and CR 417, Stockdale Texas.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society.
