Brone Kukalis

She was born in Lithuania and was daughter of the late John and Ann (Kivyta) Pleckaitis. Brone has lived here most of her life and was a parishioner of St. Andrew Church.

In addition to her loving husband Bronius, Brone is also survived by her two sons; Romas Kukalis and his wife Allison of New Hampshire and Edward Kukalis of Waterbury; two sisters, Albina Leiberis of Berlin and Maryte Kasputis and her husband Jonas of Farmington; two brothers, Vladas Pleckaitis and his wife Grazina of Cleveland, Ohio and Jonas Pleckaitis and his wife Aldona of Plainville, Brone's two precious grandchildren; Guyon and Alexandra and many nieces and nephews.

A Private visitation service will be Monday, Dec. 1, 2014, from 8:30-9:30am from New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain followed by her funeral liturgy at 10AM in St. Andrew Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, all in New Britain. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Bronius would also like to thank the staff of Aurora Health Care for their compassionate care.
