Daniel Bartolotta

Daniel Bartolotta 63 of New Britain passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Uconn Hospital. He was born and raised in Winsted, Connecticut and has lived in Forestville, and then New Britain throughout his life. He was the son of the late Joseph and Julie (Wasielewski) Bartolotta. Daniel is survived by his beloved twin daughters Lara and Alyssa Bartolotta, his brother and sister in law Tom and Patricia Bartolotta of New Britain, his nephew Anthony Bartolotta, and Angel Carrasquillo who was like a son to him.

Daniel lived life to the fullest, he enjoyed fishing and hunting with his brother and father throughout his life, along with camping every summer with his daughters and their friends. Daniel was a fanatic Atlanta Falcons football fan, along with UCONN Women’s basketball. He was such a friendly and happy go lucky kind of guy who always had such enjoyable stories to share with the most interesting facts to talk about. One of his favorite mottoes he would say was “Whatever makes you happy, makes me happy kiddo!” He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Calling hours for Daniel will be Friday, May 12, 2017 th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the New Britain Memorial Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain.
