Emily Manafort age 95 of New Britain entered into eternal rest on Saturday June 21, 2014. She was born in Plainville the daughter of the late Joseph and Susan (Oliver) Colella. She was the widow of John Manafort. Mrs. Manafort loved cooking for her family and was a member of St. Ann Church; a member of the St. Ann Ladies Guild. She is survived by her daughter Suzanne Manafort and her husband Eric Ramm of Newington, two grandchildren Jesse Garuti and his wife Basia Kaminski and Sarah Ashborn and her husband Christopher Ashborn, two great grandchildren, Giada Ashborn and Analina Ashborn. One sister, Ann Weaver and one brother, Rocco Collela; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Manafort was predeceased by one son Donald J. Manafort. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 Am at St. Ann church 101 North St. New Britain. Burial will be in the Family plot at St. Marty Cemetery.
