Genowefa Pruska

Genowefa Pruska, 84, of New Britain, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2019. Born in Poland, she came to the United States in 1972. She was a communicant of Holy Cross Church and worked at Stanley Works for many years. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Julian Pruski. She is survived by her daughter Jolanta Polkowski and her husband Stanislaw of New Britain and her son Zbigniew Pruski of Farmington, four grandchildren, Caroline Pruski of New York City, Robert Polkowski and his wife Michele of Ellington, Christopher Polkowski and his wife Jennifer of Holland, MA and Mark Polkowski of New Britain and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday June, 22nd at 10AM from the New Britain Memorial & Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Avenue, followed by the Liturgy of Christian Burial 10:45AM at Holy Cross Church, Farmington Avenue, burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, all in New Britain.
