John Crisafulli

John Crisafulli, 67, of Bristol, peacefully passed away on Sunday February 16th, 2025, after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was a beloved husband to Patricia Crisafulli and father to 3 kids, Matthew, Mallory, and Michael Crisafulli. Born and raised in New Britain, he was a son of late Carmelo and Antonia Crisafulli. He enjoyed fishing, sports, and attending concerts.

A loving and devoted father, husband, uncle, and brother in-law he leaves behind his brother in-law David, Jerrilyn and their sons Zach and Nick Rinaldi, his sister in-law Joann Rinaldi as well as multiple nieces and a brother. John was heavily involved in youth basketball programs with his late brother Al coaching a CYO and PAL league. He won many championships and went on to referee for many years after. A baker by trade he worked for several family-owned businesses before co-owning his own donut shop in Rocky Hill. Recently retired, he enjoyed many vacations, concerts, sporting events, and fishing trips with his friends and family. He was an avid fan of UCONN sports, New York Mets, and the New England Patriots. John was loved by many and will be solemnly missed by all who knew him.

Relatives and friends may call on Monday, February 24 from 4-8pm at New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain. on Monday. John’s Funeral service will be held on Tuesday February 25th at 11am at the funeral home followed by a Christian burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
