

Mary Ann Lehman (Nee Drzymalski) died on June 6, 2024, just a few weeks after celebrating her 85th birthday. Mary Ann was born and raised in New Britain, CT, where she met her husband, Joe, married, and started a family before building their home in nearby Farmington, CT. As a long-time resident and active member of the Farmington community, Mary Ann was; an energetic leader in both the St. Patrick’s Women’s Guild and Farmington Valley Women’s Club, a dedicated elections official, and generous volunteer with a variety of local organizations, especially ARC and Meals on Wheels. While she worked for years as a travel agent to fuel her love of U.S. and international travel, her primary joy was found in her family and innumerable, extraordinary friendships forged across the years in her gourmet group,bridge club,bowling leagues,church,tight-knit neighborhood and volunteer work. Baci fortunately shared and passed on her love and appreciation for visual and performing arts throughout her life. She is survived by: her husband of 64 years,Joseph A. Lehman; her three daughters,Kim Ksiazkiewicz,Karen Lehman and Kelley Sullivan; her sons-in-law,James Sullivan and Tom Ksiazkiewicz; her grandchildren,James Michael Sullivan III and Hope Lehman Sullivan; and scores of beloved nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her six siblings; Edward Drzymalski,Bruno Drzymalski,Lottie Sardo,Jean Page,Josephine Dale and Phyllis Golan, and treasured nephew Robert Sardo. A Private Graveside service will be held on June 24, 2024 at 11AM. Flowers may be delivered to the New Britain Memorial-Sagarino Funeral home by Sunday June 23, 2024 5PM
