Tommy passed away on March 25, 2026, surrounded by his family at his SyB home. He was born in Hartford on April 12, 1972, and lived in New Britain for the greater part of his life. He leaves behind his devoted and loving mother, Kathleen Escobales and dedicated and loving brothers John Lollar III, Kevin Lollar, Angel Escobales Jr., and sister, Nicole Escobales. He was the proud uncle to 9 nieces and nephews. Besides his family, he also leaves behind the kind caregivers at CCARC.
Tommy always had a smile on his face and lived life to the fullest. Some of his favorite things to do was listening to music, dancing, watching wrestling and hanging out with CCARC staff and his many friends. He participated in the Special Olympics and won several medals for swimming. Spending as much time with family was the most important thing he loved to do.
The family would like to say how much they appreciate all that CCARC and the Hospice Care of HHC did for Tommy throughout his life and final hours.
Tommy was a blessing, a true gift and showed what the definition of unconditional love was. We are extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to love him and will miss him more than words can express.
Calling Hours will be held on Friday April 10, 2026 from 4PM-7PM
