Dean A. Lavecchia Il of Rockland County N.Y., 44 years old, passed away peacefully on February 7th 2025. He is survived by his father Dean Sr. Sister Lauren, Grandmother Beatrice Mason and his loving fiancé Brittany Hummell. Dean was predeceased by his mother Theresa, Grandmother Rae and Grandfather Alexander. Dean also leaves behind aunts and uncles and his loving cousins. Dean was a doting big brother, always thinking of his sister whom he loved very much. He loved sports and would spend many hours talking to his family about all sports. Dean's light will be missed tremendously by his family and friends.
A visitation for Dean will be held Monday, February 17, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc., 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at St. Francis of Assisi's Church, 128 Parrott Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994.
