Eileen was the youngest daughter of Alfred Greco and his wife Marie Hopkins Greco. She was born and raised in Mount Vernon N.Y. and resided there for most of her life. She graduated Mount Vernon High School in 1969 and went on for technical training, becoming a Medical Lab Technician. Eileen initially worked in the office of Dr. Gerald Yudell and married her husband, Kevin Pascale, and after a few years retired to raise her two children. Later, she returned to work for Dr. Chaisurat Suvannavejh as a Lab Technician and Medical Assistant until finally retiring from that field. Eileen and her husband ultimately moved to Nanuet, N.Y. in 2016.
A die-hard Yankee fan, she witnessed two perfect games from her baseline seats in the Bronx, she also enjoyed spending time at her upstate cabin, reading by the fire after a long day of gardening.
Never shy, Eileen made friends everywhere she went and left people feeling as if they had known her all their lives. Blessed with the gift of gab, she was often the center of attention and loved entertaining and sharing creative recipes and cocktails with friends, family, and strangers.
She traveled the world eager to see new places, gain new experiences and meet new people. She appreciated the beauty of life so much, she cried upon seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time. Her love of the beach drew her time and time again to Aruba her favorite vacation spot.
Always an animal lover, she cared for numerous pets of all kinds throughout her life, all of whom she loved dearly.
Eileen was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and is dearly loved by her family, who will miss her greatly.
