Marian Walker

Marian Walker of Nanuet New York passed on December 8, 2025 with her daughter, Susan by her side in Oro Valley, Arizona at the age of 93. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law (Susan and Skip),step son and step daughter (Douglas and Robin along with their children and grandchildren) and many nieces and nephews (who nicknamed Marian "Winkie") along with their children.

She was predeceased in death by her loving husband of 12 years, Robert and later by her significant other for 10 years, Jim. Marian was born in Nanuet, New York on October 15, 1932. She met her husband, Robert while she was a member of the Ramapo Mountain Ski Club. She retired in 1995 and moved to Arizona where she got involved with real estate. Marian loved to dance, dress sharply and was described by friends as a "hot ticket" as she had a zest for living life to its fullest. She loved to golf, play tennis, ski and play bridge.

Services for Marian will be held at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, New York on January 2nd from 3-7pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Anthony Parish at 10am on Saturday, January 3rd. Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.
