

He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Rizzuto; his parents, Natale and Evelyn Rizzuto; his stepchildren, Alana Flickinger-Michitsch, Carl Flickinger, and Craig Flickinger; and his new 7-week-old grandson, Casey Michitsch. Nat was also the proud dad of his loveable 7-month-old Yorkie, his little pal, Andy, whom he adored.
He is also survived by his siblings, Theresa Ascolese and Nicholas Rizzuto; his niece, Natalie Ascolese; and his great-niece, Stella. Additional surviving family members include his brother-in-law, John Ascolese; his sister-in-law, Jeanne Gruberger; and his sons-in-law, Matthew Michitsch and DJ Arndt.Nat was preceded in death by his beloved nephew, Christian Ascolese.
Born in The Bronx, NY, on November 5, 1968, Nat worked for Hudson Valley DDSO for 10 years and for many years was a proud member of Local 731 New York City. He later became the proprietor of a successful Midas Automotive Repair Shop in Monsey, NY, which he owned and operated for 17 years.
Nat met Kathy in 2005, and the two were married in 2007, sharing over 20 wonderful years together. He was a devoted stepfather, a loving son, brother, and uncle, and a friend to many.
Nat was a lover of motocross with a fierce passion for ATV riding. He especially enjoyed riding in Glamis, California, with his brother and close friends — an excursion he looked forward to twice each year. A classic car enthusiast, speedboat rider, avid sports fan, animal lover, and a man who always made sure to make it to the gym, Nat truly had a need for speed. He loved life, and everyone in it loved him.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc.,321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956.
A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, April 17, at 10:00 AM at St. Paul’s Church, 82 Lake Road, Congers, NY 10920, followed by interment at Ascension Cemetery, 650 Saddle River Road, Airmont, NY 10952.
