Rosemary A. Polesovsky

Rosemary A. Polesovsky passed away on September 22, 2013 at the age of 80. She was born on September 17, 1933 in New York City to Frederick Wolfrath and Rosemary (Keavey). She worked as a tax manager at Chase Manhattan Bank in Montvale, NJ. She was a Rockland resident for over 40 years and then resided in Bayville, NJ.

She was predeceased by the love of her life Stephen in 2003. She treasured spending time with her family and friends and lived life to the fullest. She is survived by her son Steven Polesovsky and his wife Colleen of Valley Cottage; her daughters Debbie Polesovsky of Thiells and Donna Sadori and her husband Stephen of Pomona; grandchildren Dana Salkowsky, Stephen and Brian Polesovsky, Stephen, Michael and Nicole Sadori; great-grandchildren Olivia and TJ Salkowsky. She is also survived by her sister Barbara Clinton and her husband Patrick.

Family will receive visitors on Wednesday at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, in New City, from 7 to 9pm and on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday at 11:30am at St. Anthony's Church. Burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to United Hospice of Rockland, 11 Stokum Lane, New City, NY 10956.
