He was born on October 22,1932 in the Bronx to Thomas and Bridie Quigley.
Tom is survived by his wife Mary Quigley and his children Patricia Quigley Conklin and Sally Quigley of Valley Cottage; son Thomas Jr. and daughter-in- law Robbin Quigley; 7 grandchildren, 6 greatgrandchildren and 3 great, great, grandchildren.
Tom is predeceased by his two daughters Elyn O'Connell and Susan Dratch, and his sister Sally Quigley.
Tom was a retired member of the Cement and Concrete Workers Union. His greatest joy was spending time with family, friends and traveling.Tom was an affable person with a great sense of humor.
Family and friends may visit the Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, at 321 So. Main St., New City, New York on Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 4pm -7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, 82 Lake Rd., Congers, New York. Entombment to follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, Rockland Lake, Congers, New York.
