Our Mom, Marion Quinn Nosker, met Phoebe Roth at the bus stop on Penn Ave., on their first, nervous day of high school (DeLaSalle) in 1927.  They became fast friends and remained so forever.  In 1938, Phoebe introduced Marion to Leonard Nosker, the brother of her boyfriend Albert.  Thus they were sisters-in-law.  Marion often referred to Phoebe as her best friend.  They were almost always far apart with their growing families, but they corresponded regularly through all the years.  Marion died in 2011 at 97, but now they are together again.

Phoebe is survived by her four Children, 18 Grandchildren, 32 Great- grandchildren, 3 Great-great-grandchildren, and one Brother
