

Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Gladys Janowiec; brother, Victor Janowiec; brother-in-law, Paul Brose.
Tommy is survived by and will be ocean deeply missed by his wife and soulmate of 40 years, Ruthan "Penny" Janowiec; step-daughters, Kristen Jones and Katherine (Joshua) Johnson; sister, Barb (Dan) Richardson; brothers-in-law, Bob (Donna) Brose and Steve Brose; grandchildren: Jennifer (Bret), Rachel, Derell (Stephanie), Destiny (Sebastian), Erica; great-grandchildren: Drew, Paisley, Kai ; Amara, Zailah and Rome; nephews: Karl, Steve, Jake, Cody; niece, Emily; special friends: Paul and Paula; Barb; Laura, Stacie, Mikey; and many more softball and bowling friends.
Tommy attended the U of M for criminal justice before becoming a professional wrestler. He was the athletic director at the Greenway Athletic Club before opening his industrial painting company until his retirement. He spent his free time playing as much softball, bowling, and weight training as possible and many years coaching softball. He also enjoyed golf and fishing, threw a 300 game in bowling, making lifelong friendships through it all. He taught Sunday school for many years sharing his faith and commitment to God and Jesus as his Savior. Some of his greatest joys came from Saturday sleepovers with the grandkids, occasional opportunities to spend play time with his great-grandkids, and special moments with his nephews.
He deeply loved life and all of the people in it. He lived life to its fullest with his forever soulmate always by his side. A special thank you to Jim Haglund, friends for over 50 years.
