Randy Paul Bordelon

YOUNGSVILLE- Memorial Services will be conducted for Randy Paul Bordelon, age 51, at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at First Baptist Church of Youngsville. Pastor Wallace Millsap will officiate at the services. Interment will be held privately at a later date.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am on Wednesday until service time at First Baptist Church of Youngsville.

A native of Cottonport, LA and resident of Youngsville, Randy passed away at 8:08 pm on Friday, March 18, 2011 at his residence.

Randy was the owner and operator of Bordelon’s Body Shop in Youngsville for 13 years, and prior to this he was employed at Strategic Petroleum Reserve at Weeks Island for 12 years. He enjoyed being on the water, both boating and fishing and was a huge Nascar fan.

Randy is survived by his wife of 31 years, Lisa DeSoto Bordelon of Youngsville, daughter, Heather Bordelon Hartsock and husband Matthew of Charlotte, NC; one son, Randy Paul Bordelon, Jr. of Campti, LA; his mother, Jean Chenevert Bordelon of Plaucheville; two brothers, Tommy Bordelon of Baton Rouge and Johnny Bordelon of Lafayette. He is also survived by his father and mother in law, Cecil and Louise DeSoto of Lafayette; sister in law, Laurie DeSoto of Lafayette and one nephew, Logan LeBlanc.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Bordelon and his sister in law, Lucille Bordelon.
