

NEW IBERIA - A service of remembrance will be held for Troy Michael Boudreaux at 10:30 am Thursday October 5, 2017 at Evangeline Funeral Home. Burial will follow immediately at St. Helen Cemetery in Florence.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Evangeline Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm, with the Rosary being recited at 6:30 pm. Visiting hours will resume on Thursday from 8:00 am until 11:00 am.
Troy was born December 20, 1969 in New Iberia to the late Lawrence Eugene Boudreaux and the late LouAnna Gary Boudreaux. He passed peacefully Monday, October 2, 2017 at Iberia Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.
Troy worked most of his life in oilfield construction as a painter and blaster. Outside of work he enjoyed spending time fishing. But his greatest love was being a father and grandfather, and his devotion to them was above all. He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his wife Dana Ann Boudreaux; his sons, Justin Degeyter and Mason Courville; his grandchildren, Maverick James Courville and Maddix James Courville; his brothers, Keith Dore and wife Lori, and Shawn Boudreaux; and his sister, Kathy Raymond.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Dawn Rawlins and Rhonda Crozier.
Serving as pallbearers are Justin Degeyter, Keith Dore, Shawn Boudreaux, Allen Hebert, Warren Raymond and Derrick Raymond.
