My condolences to the family and friends of Billy.

Billy,

You will be dearly missed by many. Brian and I have been lifelong friends. I have a lot of second Dad's through all of my friends and I've  always considered you one of them.  

I will  remember your smile you gave me every time I came around. And how much you would crack me up with your stories. Living here in Okeechobee close to the Bray family has been a blessing. As well as getting to spend quality time with you over the last several years. Thanks for the smiles and good times that we had during all of those years. 

RIP Billy. 

I'll miss you buddy. I'll see you on the other side.

Dear Brian, I’m so sorry for your loss and your Mom‘s Renee. I know he was a big part of your family along with Deborah and Alyssa. Billy was a private person and because of his lifestyle he preferred to be by himself  but he and I got along and we had a lot of laughs together. He was special in his own way and he will be truly missed. All my love, Cerise.
