Carolyn McGinnis

Carolyn Joan “Nannnie” McGinnis, age 71, of Washburn, Tn. was born March 2, 1940 and went home to be with the Lord, Easter Sunday, April 24, 2011, with family and friends by her side. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Mike and Linda Dalton; Daughter and Grandson, Donna and Dustin Helton; son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Donna McGinnis; granddaughter, Amanda Coffman and step-granddaughter, Jessica Dalton; half-sisters, Jane Lawson and Janice Idol special niece, Phyllis Davidson, Sue and Jane Young, Debbie (Charles) Bunch, Gail Nicely and Kristy Waller. The family would like to extend thanks t Dr. Chinta and staff and Amedysis Hospice, Joann Nicely and all the friends and neighbors who helped in these trying times.

The family will receive friends from 4-7Pm Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Coffey Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7:00PM with Rev. Jerry Epperson and Rev. David Maness officiating. Singers will be Jerry, Carolyn and Mark Epperson. Pallbearers: John Perry, Gary Acuff, Mitchell Robbins, Tommy Elliott, Jordan McGinnis, Drafus Davidson, David Maness.
