For most of his life Delwin was a truck driver, but when he was home he enjoyed working outside with his cows, horses and dogs. He was beloved by many people and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents Omar Smart and Zelma White. Wife Wanda Smart.
Delwin is survived by his sons Shane (Melissa) Smart and Shawn Smart. Grandchildren Shane Austin (Mary) Smart and Katie Smart.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
