

Jeanne McKinney Spicer Harville was born October 28, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Charles Edward and Mary McKinney. Jack (James) Harville was born on September 4, 1934 in Thorn Hill, Tennessee to Rev. Guss and Bell Harville. Jeanne was married to Harold Spicer in 1958; he preceded her in death in November 1973. Jeanne is survived by her three children, Harold Spicer, Jr (Ann), Lewis Wayne Spicer (Nancy) and Carolyn Stanley. She is survived by five grandchildren: Tracy Johnson, Christopher Hawes, Justin Stanley, Glenn Spicer, and Matthew Stanley. Jeanne also has a great granddaughter, Josie Johnson. She is also survived by four siblings Charles McKinney, Joanne Dean, William McKinney, and Peggy Gilreath. Jack was married in 1953 to Annive Carpenter and she preceded him in death in December 1976. On May 20, 2977 Jeanne and Jack were married at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Franklin, Ohio and they entered heaven together on February 2, 2015. Jack is survived by his three children, Joanne Perry (Wayne), J.C. Harville (Kathy) and Ricky Harville. He is also survived by six grandchildren: Kristal Pratt, April Caudill, Kathy Trent, Amanda Ardill, Sarah Newton, and Andrew Harville, He is also survived by great-grandchildren, Cierra Mudd, Dustin Caudill, Cody Pratt, Jordan Trent, Dylan Caudill, Willow Caudill, Annive Ardill, Silas Newton, Liam Ardill and Mikey Farmer; as well as one great-great grndchild Taelynn Trent. He is also survivd by three siblings Rev. Coy Harville, Boot Dalton and Robert Harville. They are also survived by Rodney Pratt (husband of Kristal) who they considered as another grandchild. The are both members of Bridgeport Baptist Church where Jack sered as a deacon. They are survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation well be held at Coffey's Funeral Home in New Tazewell, Tennessee on Friday, February 6 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. Services will be held at Bridgeport Baptist Church in Washburn, Tennessee on Saturday February 7, 2015 at 11 AM ; Rev. Bill Lawson and Rev. Terry Dalton will conduct the services, with musicc provided by the Bridgeport Singers. Pallbearers will be: close friend Roy Jarnigan and grandsons Justin Stanley, Glenn Spicer, Matthew Stanley and Andrew Harville, as well as great grandsons Dustin Caudill, Cody Pratt, Jordan Trent and Dylan Caudill. In lieu of flowers, the family are requesting donations be made to the Harville Cemetery fund at 2825 Highway 11 W. South in Rutledge, TN 37861. Private burial service will be held at a later date. Coffey Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
