Loucille (Lucy) Linda Ramsey was born January 16, 1937 and passed away September 10, 2015 at home in Greenville, TN. She was born and raised in Hancock County and was a faithful attendant of Wolfenbarger Chapel Baptist Church. She moved to Greenville, TN March 5, 1990 and was a resident of Greenwood Cottage until she moved into her special built home on Dyer Street in Greenville, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Missouri Ramsey; four brothers, Belve, Walter, Clyde and Claude and other family members.

She is survived by her Sisters: Birdie Parkey of Tazewell, TN

The family will receive friends from 4 until 8 P.M. Saturday September 12, 2015 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. She will lie in state from 10 until 11 A.M. Sunday at Wolfenbarger Chapel Baptist Church 3704 Powell River Road in Hancock County, Tn with funeral service to follow at 11 A.m. at the church. Burial in the Payne/Ramsey Cemetery
