Otis spent 20 years in the Air Force, and 23 years in the Army Core of Engineering.
His life was spent serving and protecting our country of which he was very proud.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rev. James and Easter Ferguson, sisters Argeline, Madine, DaMarie, and Lorene. Brothers JC, Earl, Kay, Hubert, and Lawrence.

Survived by Daughter Donna and grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews
A visitation for Otis will be held Monday, July 25, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service w/ military honors at 2 PM at Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell, Tn. Graveside services at Schoedingers in Columbus, Oh. at a later date.
