Rena Payne Rowe

Mrs. Rena Payne Rowe age 84 of New Tazewell, TN was born March 1, 1925 and went to be with the Lord on January 31, 2010 at her home. Rena was a lifetime active, faithful member of Blairs Creek Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and Bible School. She was a great inspiration to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Claude Rowe; son, William Douglas Rowe; parents, Charlie & Mattie (Smith) Payne; Brothers and Sisters: Curtis “Boots” Payne, Gladys Manning, Lizzie Mae Payne and Joe Payne.
