Rosie Ova Pendleton

Rosie was saved at a young age and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

Rosie was preceded in death by father, Jessie Carroll, and stepfather, Bruce Collins; grandson, Charles Lovin; and granddaughter, Brianna Lovin.

She is survived by daughters, Heather Lovin (David), and Ashley Pendleton (Josh Goins); mother, Helen Collins (Robert Standifur); brother, Rick (Sherry) Carroll; stepmom, Linda Valley; grandchildren, Jessie Sutton, Leander Goins, and Nathaniel Lovin; niece, Jennifer (Paul) Goodman; special friends, Betty Day, Mary Janeway, and Yvette Serafinski; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Suncrest Hospice, Cody Martin, Claiborne Medical Center ER, ICU and Claiborne Health and Rehab for the love and care given to our mother.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 25, 2025, from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in the Lester Cemetery in Tazewell, TN.
