David Epstein passed away on September 8, 2022 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Judy. Loving father of Stefanie (Jeff), Tom (Andrea), and the late Dan Epstein. Adoring grandfather of Alyx, Zack, and Noa. Dear brother of the late Nan Haber. David grew up in Lawrence, New York. He spent his career building a unique woman’s better-wear boutique and wholesale business around the world, helping women fulfill their dreams by finding that right dress for the right occasion. David had many passions in his life including spending time in the Berkshires, hiking with the Monday Mountain boys, swimming, kayaking, biking, and cars. Nothing surpassed his enjoyment of spending time with his family, friends and of course his pugs. We are all heartbroken and hope that he is at peace somewhere looking for his next big mountain to climb.
Donations may be made to Greenagers, a youth organization in Massachusetts that provides employment and volunteer opportunities for teens and young adults in the fields of conservation, sustainable farming, and environmental leadership to help youth foster deeper connections with our environment.
