Delores was my friend and we also taught together at JHS 38 in the Bronx. May God bless you and your family at this time of sorrow.

Delores was a  wonderful woman and will be a real loss to our community. We will miss her every time we go to the Thrift Shop. May she rest in peace.

I didn't know Dolores well, but was always so impressed with her "presence"....she carried an unusual and beautiful light inside of her...May she rest in peace...My thoughts and prayers are with her family.  Nancy LaBadie

I shopped at the New Canaan Thrift store for more than 20 years and Delores was always a smiling and happy presence there.  She was a bright light.  RIP Delores

Dolores was my partner teacher across the hall at JHS 38 in the Bronx circa 1965 - 1971 when we opened IS 162.  I have many fond memories of times shared professionally and socially in the formative years of our careers.  My condolences to her family on their loss.  We have lost one of the truly good people in the world!
