Donatella Durazzo

We are very sad to let you know about the death of our mother, Donatella Durazzo. She passed away on March 11, 2014, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was a loving "Nonna" to Cecilia, Bettina, Charles and Olivia with whom she shared her love of art; she was a Docent at the Metropolitan Museum of Art for more than 25 years. Her kindness and joyful spirit spirit will be greatly missed by her family and many, many friends.

Visitation hours will be held at the Walter B. Cooke Funeral Home, 352 East 87th Street, New York, New York (located between First and Second Avenues)(Telephone # 212-535-1500), on Friday,March 21, 2014 from 2:00PM-5:00PM & 7:00PM-9:00PM.

A Memorial Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 10:00AM at St. Joseph's Church Yorkville, 404 East 87th Street, New York, New York (located between York and First Avenues). In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

A Memorial Service will also be held in Gassin, France this summer. We will send details when they are available.
