Joel Propos passed away on January 17, 2025 at 91 years old. He was the son of Nathan “ Nat” Propos & Estelle Katz Propos. He was the loving husband for more than 60 years of Shelli Propos who predeceased him. Father to Stephanie Propos Fishkin (Robert Fishkin) and Dana Yuran (Howard Yuran). Grandfather to Jamie Faber (Seth Faber) and Shayna Fishkin Stern (David Stern) and Brian Yuran and Jenna Yuran. Great-grandfather to Elana Faber. Joel was a coat manufacturer of ladies outwear continuing a family business until his retirement in 2010. He will be missed by all who loved him. Services will be at Riverside Chapel (76th and Amsterdam) on Sunday , January 19th at 10:00am.
