After returning home from Vietnam as a decorated veteran, he and his wife Edythe moved to Westchester, where they raised their two children David and Amy. During this time, Joseph focused on building a successful business with his colleagues in the Bronx, where he also grew up.
Joseph was an avid sports enthusiast and loyal fan of the New York Yankees - enjoying games on the TV and radio. One of his greatest joys was having ice cream dates with his granddaughter Alice.
Joseph is now reunited with his beloved wife of 53 years, Edythe, his parents, Herman and Alice, and his sister, Rosemary. He is survived by his two loving children and their families: Son David, daughter-in-law Lindsey, granddaughter Alice, daughter Amy, and son-in-law Sal.
