Paul Timothy Nazal

The New Year, having been ushered in with all its typically fanfare, was also marked by the sighting of a wondrously large and bright speeding comet passing the world by on the way to God’s Kingdom on January 5, 2022; that comet was Paul Timothy Nazal.

On April 1, 1967, this colossal star was born to Nancy Jo Nazal (Nannie). Given the character of that day it was first thought to be a prank, but he revealed himself as one of the brightest and largest images you would ever meet.

Sandra R. Soares hitched her wagon to this fast-moving star on December 30, 2004, and became his wife, enjoying a 17 year journey through time and around the world. Tim’s love for her marked the sky like a new moon, outshining all other stellar objects.

We all stand in awe as we reflect on the astounding impact Tim had on each person he met, sprinkling love over everyone as he streaked across our lives.

Wonderful facets of this heavenly creation still reside here on earth in his wife, Sandra R. Soares of New York City NY, son, Zachary Woodring of Kingsville OH, mother, Nancy Jo Strader (Nannie) of Lillian AL, and brother, Tony Nazal of Garner NC.

As Tim departs to greater heavenly places, he passes the passions of his heart to his son Zach, of whom he was extremely proud and found great joy. The star dust of Tim’s love continues to extend to a stepsister Tamara Nazzal, and stepbrother Robert Nazzal of Boston MA, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins all over.

God has called Tim home and we celebrate as he joins Derby in the gardens of heaven.
