Just finding out that dr Schaefer passed away.  He was a great doctor.  I was his patient from 1989-he had a stroke.  He was the best doctor ever,  may he Rest In Peace.  Sincerely Gloria j mitchell and david figueroa.  Met his wife once.  Worked for aa and upgraded her to first.

For many years he cared for me and he was a wonderful human being. I especially recall our many conversations about opera and classical music and I enjoyed seeing him at some of the Rockefeller University concerts. I will miss him.
