Sepulveda, Shelley Smith- passed away on February 19,2013 at the age of 59. Survived by her devoted husband Carlos. She will be missed by many Family Members and Friends. Funeral services will be held at Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Flushing, NY on Thursday at 1pm.
