What amazing soul he was I couldnt asked for a better dentist and as well as  a great friend who honestly was like a family member to me and Sandra.  Everytime he welcomed us in with his arms open wide literally. He was such a positive amazing person Ive ever known.  Thank you for being amazing person you always have been. You always wore your heart on your sleeves. Thank you for teaching me l a lot of life lessons , as well as what life has to offer. Its was a honor to have met you I feel so blessed to have been one your clients. Thank you for also  dealing with me and my braces every time they would break.  May you Rest In Peace. We love you Doctor Labruna always and forever in our hearts ♥ Never forgotten! 

Paul and I were saddened to learn of Vincent LaBrunas passing. He certainly lived life- His humor,laughter, kindness and love for his family were to be emulated by us. We will always have fond memories of the friendship they developed as Paul began his practice at 30 E 60th St.  The Mayors of NY galas shared with Vincent and Nina  will always be evenings of remembrance.  May the beautiful memories remain in your hearts always.

Dr. LaBruna was one of those rare people you meet in life. A magnanimous individual. Cool, calm, collected, wordly, cultured, proud, and one of the greatest senses of humor one could have.  It is odd to say, yes, but my sister and I actually looked FORWARD to going to visit with him!  He was a master "artiste" and technician. I still visited him as an adult in the city.  May you forever rest peacefully Dr. L., knowing that you not only helped many, but were thought of as a friend.

To the many loved ones of Dr. LaBruna,

Seeing the picture of Dr. LaBruna vaults me back to childhood- it is exactly as I remember him from 40+ years ago. Over those years, when I would tell people my father (Dr. LaBruna's friend and colleague, the late Harold Cobin) was a dentist, they would almost always compliment my straight teeth. And that would prompt warm thoughts of Dr. LaBruna, who was actually the one who had "kept them in line"!

While it has been many years since I have sat in his chair or been in touch with any of the LaBrunas, his will always be a pleasant memory -- and I hope that brings comfort at this time to all those who knew and loved him.

Doc as I always called him was truly a great man and I consider myself privileged to have known him and will forever miss his presence here on earth. One thing is for sure, he will be with the best of the best in the purest piece of Heaven The Lord has for the few who have lived up the the standard he has achieved here on this planet. Rest in Peace Doc and thank you for all you have done for me and my family,  and you can be sure I will always be here for yours.  My heart goes out to Nina and the entire LaBruna Family, God  Bless you all

Seeing Dr. LaBruna's picture reminded me of the many times I looked into his kind face sitting in his dental chair as a child. 

He was a dear friend of my mother and father, the late Dr. Harold Cobin, and I'm gratified to see how much he was loved.

May the many smiles he helped to create preserve his legacy - we will smile... and remember.

Our entire family is deeply saddened by the news of Dr. LaBruna's passing.  He was our cherished dentist and friend for over 43 years, and was responsible for the beautiful smiles of two generations.  He was a kind and compassionate man, and we shall miss him greatly.
