Anthony Friel was born on June 30, 1967 in Santa Monica, California to Robert and Catherine (Flanagan) Friel. He graduated from Saugus High School. An outdoorsman, Tony's interests included dirt bike riding and camping.
Tony was a stagehand for Local 33 for 26 years.
Husband of Jo Ann; father of Ashley, Drake and Damien; grandfather of KiKi and Elijah; brother of Robert, Rena, Suzanne and Trisha.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012 at 4 p.m. at Eternal Valley Chapel of the Hills, 23287 Sierra Hwy., Newhall.
