BLANCHE LORRAINE OWENS was born May 28, 1934 in Peekskill, New York to James and Helen Eichenberg Breslin. Blanche worked for the US Postal Service for over 22 years, first as a postal carrier and then as a clerk. Almost 30 years ago she and her husband, Riley, moved to Grants Pass, Oregon.
She is survived by her children, Cathy Lega, Lia Robin, Robert Gallina, Dean Gallina, and Anthony Gallina; grandchildren, and stepchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Valley Memorial Park Mortuary.
