I knew Cassie when we were little. Our dads were friends in Washington state. I’ve often looked for her on social media since I had no other way to find her or her dad Ron. 
I’m devastated to find out she passed 10 years ago. I would love if someone could connect me with her dad Ron.

I  remember the first day I met you... That cute blonde girl who came by Dax 's house with Natalie. We were all so young then. Just a quick glance here and there. That's it. Later you drove that Acura .... Legend ? Prelude maybe? It was white , and very nice inside . The last car before your parade of trucks . 

I got your number one night finally ...Cassie 609-1360. I still remember. I called it so many times for so many years. how did you even keep a number that long ?! Every time I saw you, you always had something to do. TV was never an option, always conversation and music at least.. I loved that about you. You left convention to the sheeple and wrote your own rules. I miss exchanging witty banter with you..... Your speciality. I gave you a run for your money sometimes though......  at least once . You were always on the level . So Many times I didn't need to even hear the joke.... I just had to to look at your eyes, they could be so expressive when you were holding back an awesome , but slightly inappropriate one liner. Genuine, honest, empathetic , this is you without trying. You were real. I never told you , you wouldn't have let me finish anyways. Way to humble to listen to that kind of talk. You taught me more than you will ever know, a perfect example of being true to yourself . Not as easy sometimes for the rest of us. I love you Cassie , I will always remember the time we shared .

So many memories & so much to say it's hard to put it into words...Cassie, my beautiful friend you're so much more than a friend to me. You're like a sister, you're family. You love your family so much, they mean so much to you I consider them family too. We were there for each other through the ups & downs of life, laughter & tears. You're the one person who'd be there in an instant, with biggest heart. Some of the many memories we share together are our road trips to the Sierras (those crack me up), sunbathing at the beach, lakes, pools, backyards-you name it, wherever the sun shone we'd be there soaking up them rays, & our 'shop therapy' sessions complete with girl talk (we'd bounce anything off each other) & dining on something scrumptious-my foodie friend. Moe was always by your side, your trusty companion. You're the funniest, strongest, smartest person I know. A free spirit who kept this positive attitude, with the most beautiful inner light that shone from the inside out touching everyone you met. When you went to heaven a piece of me went with you...I'll never be the same & not sure what I'll do without you but you'll alway be with me. You may be gone from my sight but you are never gone from my heart. Will hold on tight to every memory. I know we'll meet again, until then just know I love you and miss you.

Cassie you are such a sweet, thoughtful, loving soul and I appreciate you coming into our lives.  Bryan loved your friendship and I bet he met you when you returned home.  I have the memory picture that you made for us when he left.  I Love you and will see you when I join you.  You were an angel on earth and now you have flown home. My cousin Cass, I will never forget our trip to Tijuana, Mexico and how much fun i had with you, Lori n travis.  Since we lived on opposite coasts we mostly were in touch online and you always wanted to play scrabble, you usually won too!! Still can't believe you're gone, I will misd you a ton

Dear Loni and family,

Oh no cass...my stink bottom buddy....I'm so sad and overwhelmed. I can't believe this is it. You and I were almost 2 decades deep. I know you're not going to see this now but I want you to know that you've always had the deepest place inside my heart. You've helped me learn, live and laugh above all else. Such a funny chick. You and I were put together for reason if not just to make fun of Hopkins and the van and do some data entry by fire. :) 

My life was forever changed when you entered it and more so now that you've left it. 

I love you so much and as everyone will say about you...you were always here for me. Doesn't matter that you and I haven't had face time in months but we were always one call away. Worked perfectly for both of our independent spirits. 

I don't have words for how I'm feeling except that I will forever and always love and miss you.

It's taken me days to figure out what I want to say. You have a way with words that no one I know can truly capture the essence of a feeling or thought the way you could. I always said you should be a writer. I reread your birthday cards, listened to all your voicemails and scavenged through my emails and phone looking for videos of you to watch. You are my everything. The best best friend a girl could ask for. You are the strongest person I have ever met in my life but still the sweetest most caring and charismatic being. You left me your strength to carry out this battle and I know you are even closer to my side than you ever were before. No one knows me like you do. You always listen with an open heart and open mind. You are younger than me and I always knew you were a little wiser but you never imposed your wisdom you merely lead by example. You helped me grow. You held my head above water when I felt like I was drowning. You never needed my help though. You seemed to humbly have it figured out and I keep telling myself that's why you left this world so early. I don't know what to say to anyone to make them feel better about losing you. I try to think of what you would say because you always had the words to comfort me. Like I said, you have a way with words. You will always be a part of who I am and I will think of you daily as I hear your quick-witted comments throughout my day to day life. You'll still make me laugh because I know more than anything you hated it when I was sad. I love you Cassie.

We love you and will never forget you, Cass. You helped so much when we needed you without giving it a second thought, and were always a pleasure to be around. I'm grateful to have known you as we grew up, and I'm sorry you had to leave us so soon. We are going to miss you.

The other side just got a lot cooler, however you were taken way too damn soon. Good luck in the next life Cassie.

Your beauty and light brightened every day. The kindness of your heart touched everyone around you. You inspired me, loved me, and always made me laugh. Though my life now has vast empty spaces you used to fill, the bond we share has not been broken. We are connected infinitely by our love.

I've never met anyone I felt so instantly connected to. Cassandra was the most charismatic and poised woman I ever met who drove a pickup truck with a dog on her lap. Like a fine wine you only got better with age. We learned so much from each other about ourselves. I was so looking forward to seeing how far you would go. But the trail ended before the world would see what you were legitimately capable of. It still seems so unreal. I loved you like a brother and was always there for you as much as I could. But you never needed help. It was you that helped me through some very dark times. We had the same goal in life that we saw so many others achieve, but we knew to wait until the time was right. We were almost there when your time ran out. I was so looking forward to seeing you start your own company. To honor you I'm going to do what I can to make what you wanted a reality.

Goodbye Cassandra. I'll never forget you.

I'm feel like I'm starting the year ahead without one of my best supporters - but then I remember she'll always be with me in my heart and drive in life.

A sweet soul taken too soon. Cassie, I will miss you so much. I cherish the memories we built in high school and beyond. I will always remember our trip to Puerto Vallerta, crazy slumber parties, and driving in your truck signing along to Tupac and DJ Quick. You knew every single word and never messed up. Made me jealous! I talked about singing to Tupac with my husband today and no joke Tupac came on the radio a few minutes later. So through tears I sang along and pictured you singing along with me. Rest easy my friend and keep singing with me. I love you always.

Cassie, you have been such a great friend to me and I already miss you so 
much.  I have so many memories of us that I will cherish forever, like our walks to Burger King in seventh grade and our trip to Raging Waters this summer because you just wanted to be able to act like a kid again for your birthday.  I am going to miss our texts to each other venting about things and being able to make each other feel better about them.  You always seemed to understand me and even if you didn't, you never judged me.  I am going to miss you so much but you will always be with me in my heart.  I will love you always Cassie.
