Harrell Clifton Adkins, 78, died November 28, 2014, in Inglewood, California. He was born February 5, 1936, in Olney, Texas. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Harrell is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Miller-Adkins, whom he married on October 31, 1957, in Inglewood, California. Mary resides in Bandera, Texas. Harrell is also survived by his four children, Starr Lynn Adkins, Mark Clifton Adkins, Yancy Glenn Adkins and Holly Marie Rhodes, as well as thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Three of Harrell’s siblings also survive, Barbara Adkins-McCoy, Christine Whaley and Charlie Davidson. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, December 11, 2014, at the Eternal Valley Memorial Park Mortuary, in the Meditation Garden, 23287 N. Sierra Highway, Newhall, California.
