Julio Cesar Otazo, born on July 5, 1959, in Miami, Florida, passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 66. He was a resident of Saugus, California.
A memorial service will be held at Eternal Valley Memorial Park Mortuary, located at 23287 North Sierra Hwy, Newhall, CA 91321, on November 7, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A reception will follow from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A private inurnment will take place at a later date in accordance with the family’s wishes.
