He was born in Cleveland, OH, on March 7, 1957, and moved to California in 1978. In 1984, he obtained his real estate license and became a successful and well-respected realtor in the Santa Clarita Valley for over 32 years.
He leaves behind his wife Teddi; children: Amanda, Brendan, Tyler and Tim Heltmach; sister Nellie Riley (Roger); brother Tom; stepfather William Krukemeyer. He is preceded in death by son Cameron; parents Edward Morad and Nora Morad Krukemeyer; brother Eddie Morad; sister Cathy Dunn (Robert).
Family and friends, and others whose lives were touched by Paul are invited to attend a Celebration of Paul’s Life at Grace Baptist Church, 22833 Copper Hill Dr., Santa Clarita, CA 91350 on Tuesday, September 6, 2016: Visitation will be held at 4:00 pm; Service will be held at 5:00 pm, followed by a reception.
