Didnt know about his passing. Just found out. I knew him between 2002 and 2007 when he had his office in Encino. He was my legal advisor when I went through my divorce. He had an amazing sharp legal mind and lots of chutzpah. We got along beautifully and its a good thing. One didnt want to be on the bad side of Paul. 
My condolences to his family. He was some character and I am sure he is missed. RIP, Paul!
