My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends. May God continue to bless you all with comfort and strength. I met Phyliss in 1987 she was a beautiful person inside out. She was fun and funny. She was a friend on and off the Job. She invited a few us to her home and she was a great hostess. She kept it real. I will always cherish the priceless memories with her. She would go above and beyond to help anyone in need of her services as a union steward. She would have been a very success Attorney. LOL! God has another Angel. 😇🕊🕊🕊🕊💜✝️

In Remembrance of Phyliss. So many memories, so much laughter and pure fun we had at Bundy in West L.A. all the way to Granada Hills we had it going on. We were the first Ballers:) We were the best travel buddies ever. We tried to get one more trip in. Next time my dear friend. We were Musis Buffs and you had all the jams. I'm smiling now remembering our friendship it was a Blast. We see things better when it's all done and over. You were a loyal friend, spoke your mind honestly. You had a way with people that I always admired how you could negoiate any situation and get positive results, I learned so much from you. As the days go by I feel a sadness that we didn't get to revisit, yet so happy we got back in touch, had a chance to hear your voice again. Phyllis 'Tweety' Rowan
I lost a good friend of more than 35 yrs....a true Sister. 
     We met at work in 1981 at GTE. She always remembered my birthday, called to check on me during the good times & comforted in the bad times. She & her husband had my back during the loss of my husband and my daughter, always asking if I needed anything being true friends, even being Godmother to my grandson X'Zavierr after losing his mom. She had a heart who welcomed most folks into her family. I will always love her for loving us. Someone to laugh, giggle  & talk to in the wee hours of night while she sipped her evening 'Hen' & munching on snacks. To me those were the best of times knowing I had a good girlfriend/sister. .  
     Eventhough my heart is so sad, I can rejoice & celebrate her transitioning to her Heavenly home with cherished memories & certainly great Love for her. 
     She received her Wings, she's at peace being cradled in Jesus loving arms. Hallelujah...
I will always miss you Mrs. Phyllis Carole Brigette Rowan, my sister, my friend, a part of my heart. This is not a final Goodbye...it's until I see you again in Heaven. I love you girl.

Tweety and I met in 2005 when I was hired as an pbx operator I remember tweety asking me if i like to party and drink and I said yes I do and she said oh we r going to get along and little did we know that James and my dad worked for the same company and from then on we became best of friend we were like family tweety said we were sisters and we always said we were going to he together forever but God took my tweety to soon I'm missing u so much u will always be in my heart love u always and forever..R.I.P..💋💋❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
