Russell Riedel died peacefully at home on Friday September 16, 2011. He was born January 11, 1924 in New York, New York. He Met his wife Dorothy after serving in the Navy during world war 2. Russell and his wife moved to Santa Clarita in 1969, where they raised their family. He is survived by Daughter and son-in-law Valerie and Steve Sisson and Grandchildren Karli, Aron, and Drew Sisson, and Daughter and son-in-law Lois and Don Rooner and Granddaughters Miranda and Mia Rooner. He was an amazing Man, Father, Grandfather and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, especially his family.
