Donna and Kay,

There is no greater sorrow than to lose a loved one, and yet no greater joy than to know that she will meet us in Heaven. Let your memories of her radiate through you and embrace God's love for comfort in this most difficult time. I did not know your mom personally, but it is obvious that she was truly a lovely lady of many talents who was adored by many. My sincere condolences.

Bonnie, I am so sorry you lost  your Grandmother. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your parents. May God bless all of you.

I was so sorry to read of your Mother's passing. I recall Mrs. Busbin fondly and I know my parents, William & Delphia Bullock, thought so much of your entire family. Please accept my heartfelt condolences & you are in my prayers for peace & comfort.

So sorry to hear about your loss.  You know that God and Jesus are in the best position to comfort us when we lose a loved one in death.

Kay and Donna, when I think of your mom I think of the word "kind." I remember her at the cafeteria -- I was always proud that I knew her. She me feel special. Your tribute to her cooking is very true, too. I am keeping you all in my prayers and so wish I could hop to Virginia to be with you. Love Dorothy

Our prayers and thoughts are with the family of Barbara "Bobbie" Busbin.  I have fond memories of over 30 years of she and her husband Ed (Family) working with Kay & Jerry at the USCG Training Center, Yorktown and sharing in family get-togethers and watching Barbara's Granddaughter and Great Grandchildren grow up.  Spending time with Barbara's daughter Donna during family weddings and get-togethers.  Barbara loved family and was an excellent cook.  We all have so many fond memories.
